The side branches in this polymer are randomly connected to each other and create a very irregular shape. In this material, the number of branches are more and longer and the molecular chains are further apart from each other, so the amount of crystal (crystallinity) and density in this category is lower than other grades of this material. This low density polyethylene LDPE produces a very flexible material with unique properties. In most cases, LDPE polyethylene is used to produce packaging, polymer sheets and various types of polymer films (air film).
The structure of this polyethylene has a high strength-to-density ratio due to the nature of the polymer chain. Due to the low number of branches and their small size, the degree of crystallinity is high and as a result, its density is between 0.97-0.94. HDPE polyethylene has many different applications depending on the molecular weight of the polymer chain.
Fuel oil is a fraction distilled from crude oil and is called a liquid that is used to burn in furnaces, boilers or power generation engines. Fuel oil is a fraction of crude oil whose flash point is about 40 degrees. Fuel oil consists of long-chain hydrocarbons, especially alkanes, cycloalkanes, and aromatics, and is included in the category of heavy industrial fuels; so that it is heavier than diesel and naphtha. The length of the produced fuel oil chain varies depending on the type of application.
Diesel fuel, diesel oil (Gasoil) is a liquid fuel specifically designed for use in diesel engines such as light and heavy vehicles, generators, boats and ships, industries and power plants, pleasure boats and rail transport. Diesel is obtained from the middle height of the atmospheric distillation tower of the refinery in one phase (200 to 350 degrees Celsius) by cooling the oil in several stages, and after processing and reducing disturbing elements and mixing with a small percentage of kerosene (up to 5%). And the modification of some specifications, such as flash point and boiling point, to standard indicators, is launched on the market.
Liquefied gas or LPG refers to two hydrocarbon gases, butane and propane, or their combination, which are kept in a liquid state. Usually, small amounts of compounds such as propylene and butylene are also present in liquid gas. LPG is mostly used for heating applications and as fuel for vehicles. It is also used in making sprays and as a cooling gas in cooling devices such as refrigerators and freezers.
Bitumen is a hydrocarbon material, black and paste-like, which is most widely used in moisture insulation and asphalt construction.
Polyethylene consists of different grades such as heavy polyethylene (HDPE), light polyethylene (LDPE), linear light polyethylene (LLDPE), medium density polyethylene (MDPE) and ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW PE).
Due to its high surface area and lower weight than solid copper, copper powder can be used as an effective solution to reduce production costs in many different industries such as the electronics industry, the automotive industry, and the construction industry.
Using copper powder in production processes is one of the effective ways to reduce production costs. In the process of making parts, including car parts, electronic parts and construction parts, using copper powder reduces production time and increases efficiency. Also, the use of copper powder in manufacturing processes does not require a high temperature compared to solid copper processes and therefore consumes less energy.
In general, using copper powder as an alternative to solid copper can help reduce production costs in various industries. However, it should be noted that although copper powder reduces production costs, it requires special and advanced equipment and high costs for its production, which may ultimately increase the overall cost of production due to these costs.
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is a very widely used plastic and is one of the most valuable products of the petrochemical industry.
In general, more than 50% of man-made PVC is used in construction; Because PVC is cheap and easy to assemble. In recent years, PVC has replaced traditional building materials such as wood, cement and pottery in many areas. Despite the emergence of an ideal material in construction, there are still concerns about the cost of PVC for the natural environment and human health.
Base oils are the most important components of lubricants in terms of volume, and in terms of weight, on average, they make up more than 95% of the formulation of a roller.
Sulfur in free form and in combination has many uses, but its most use is for the preparation of chemical compounds and intermediate products in the industrial cycle. The most sulfur consumption in recent years has been in agricultural industries and the preparation of phosphate fertilizers, which are usually used directly to lower the pH of agricultural soil and produce sulfuric acid, match making, spraying mushrooms, whiteflies and insecticides.
